How (Not) to Respond to the Economic Crisis

But winning concessions from the government is not a solution to the crisis or pathway to a new boom. Consider the notion that the crisis is due to an upward redistribution of income that supposedly has depressed demand. This doesn’t hold water, and it’s dangerous as well.
